This is an urgent request for prayer. As many of u know,
My dad returned to South Africa two weeks ago to take
care of some urgent matters. Today was the first time
we heard from him by phone. He was distraught, and so
were we, after we heard what he had to say. While
we've been here in the USA, the people that we had
sold our properties to, stopped paying, and the bank
repossessed our property (did a foreclosure on it) in
South Africa. It was a hotel that we had invested
thousands into and converted it into a Christian camp
and conference centre. We were relying on that income
to support us here in the USA. My parents have lost
their life's earnings and investments. My mom is now
left alone with my two sisters and I here in the USA.
She has to put everything together financially and
take care of all our expenses. Please pray for us! Our
neighbours have been so kind and helped us with food
stuff. We know that we serve a living God, and that He
will provide. But, it's just hard to remain confident
when it seems like all you have is nothing materially.
I am desperate for your prayers. Please pray, pray,
pray for the Gounden family.
Thank you so much. I love and appreciate all of you
very, very much, and so does the rest of my family.
